Throughout his career White has acquired IT experience in health care, education, manufacturing, nonprofit/NGO, retail, distribution, call centers, consulting, auditing, banking and finance, entertainment, sports and health club management, E-commerce, property management, case management, as well as the ERP, CRM and HR applications one might find in any sizable enterprise.
- Led enterprise digital transformation taking organization from a series of fragmented data centers, applications and data silos to a unified vision of enterprise Information Technology
- Developed many high-performance teams that thrive on resolving the most challenging of problems
- Deployed a variety of cloud strategies maximizing elasticity and minimizing cost – public (Azure & AWS), private, hybrid and SAAS
- Executed enterprise migration from IBM Notes to Microsoft Office 365 including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive Outlook and other O365 components
- Negotiated Microsoft Enterprise Agreement for over 160,000 Office 365 seats in over 130 countries at a fraction of the commercial price (most products at over 75% discount and some important products at no charge whatsoever)
- Developed Artificial Intelligence bot to streamline case worker activity and handle routine work allowing human case workers to concentrate on the most impactful activities
- Cultivated a citizen development culture that resulted in dozens of business-led high-quality initiatives using the Microsoft Power Platform
- Negotiated international IBM agreement reducing costs to less than half the commercial prices
- Implemented creative workflow systems, streamlining management boards’ decision-making processes and eliminating paperwork associated with board minutes and agendas
- Designed and deployed wireless mobile and embedded automation solutions – including integrated video, GPS, data and voice connectivity using locked down iPads with a custom app to mobile workers in a fleet of trucks, among other innovative mobile projects
- Deployed dozens of mobile applications collecting micro information from front line workers and providing real time macro information to decision makers fundamentally changing the ability of the organization to react and adapt quickly
- Developed extensive business intelligence and measurement tools and algorithms to monitor, compare and predict business performance graphically displaying the operating efficiency of business units concisely identifying areas of success and concern
- Securely deployed BYOD strategy and policies
- Implemented IT Governance changes – moving a federation of mini IT Departments in each operating division to a single virtual corporate IT team
- Implemented and integrated best-of-breed business solutions for CRM & Direct Marketing (Salesforce), ERP (Microsoft Dynamics), HCM & Payroll (Ceridian DayForce and UltiPro), Social Services/Health Care (WellSky) and other vertical business disciplines
- Developed custom software for managing POS applications, health club member management, sports and entertainment center management, statistical analysis, legal case and contract management, timekeeping, property management, patient tracking, Red Kettle management and many others
- Designed and deployed 1000+ node secure VPN Wide Area Network using Cisco Meraki
- Deployed Windows applications and desktops to mobile devices by implementing a virtual desktop infrastructure using both Citrix and Microsoft solutions

- Implemented an enterprise wide Cisco IP Telephony network, including VOIP based call centers with both traditional and off-site agents
- Developed brand new sources of revenue by deploying aggressive Internet business strategies including Internet Social Media micro donation fund/friend raising, traditional donation websites, e-commerce sales sites, Internet auctions, SMS (texting) based giving, online recruitment of volunteers, online event registration and email direct marketing strategies generating hundreds of millions of dollars of credit card donations and handling millions of transactions
- Deployed several award winning websites featuring streaming of original video and audio content
- Built an enterprise purchasing department founded on IT procurement staff and practices
